Your laundry or washing room is probably the most used room in the house and yet we often fail to make it a useable room. If you are renovating put some time into thinking about how your laundry is designed and give yourself plenty of room, particularly if you have or are planning to have kids. If your stuck with what you have, like me, you probably need to just take your space back to its pure and simple beginnings by investing in aesthetically-pleasing containers, practical and nice storage shelving/system. We suggest doing a small rough drawing of the room with measurements and take it into Ikea. You will find enough storage solutions to fill the gaps and with your drawing, know for sure that it will fit. You may also like to consider moving some of your appliances around to create a better workflow. Lets face it, we spend too much time dong laundry as it is, it might as well be a nice space.
