These days kids seem to have so much more than when I was young. My children seem to accumulate toys at a fantastic rate. For a long time they ended up in boxes stored all over the house. Storage and comfort are the important factors to consider when furnishing kids bedrooms or toy rooms. We have a room set aside that the kids can keep all their toys and activities. Firstly this keeps the bedrooms free of the clutter that comes with all their bits and pieces. You may consider a corner of the lounge if your children are very young. The best thing I ever bought for the toy room wqas a Expidite unit from Ikea. It has 25 spaces to store stuff, and strangely enough I seem to have managed to fill each and every space. I have however been able to get rid of all the extra boxes and keep all their things in the one space and off the floor. This makes cleaning their room easier and because they have a space fo everything they get better and better at putting things away.
