Wine Stains on Carpets
Soda water applied as soon as possible can be the most effective remedy.
Vomit on Carpets
With small children around this can often happen. Wipe the area with a cloth as soon as possible and then cold water.....
Dog Urine on Carpets
If the stain is recent, sponge with white vinegar and spray with windex.....
Grease on Carpet
Grease is hard to remove, cover the stain with talcum powder. If there is any residue try three layers of brown or absorbent paper and hold a hot iron over them. The paper absorbs the grease.....
Red Wine on Carpets
Cover the stain with bicarbonate of soda and stand for a few minutes. Vacuum then re-apply a lesser amount. Add a little vinegar and scrub with a nylon brush. Dry then vacuum.
